Learn how to format shorter barre classes that still achieve the intense full body barre burn. In this workshop we will cover how to format 25, 30, and 45-minute advanced barre classes. Busy schedules plus home workouts during the pandemic have called for shorter but still effective barre workouts. Barre Vida founder, Joanna Stone, noticed the trend for shorter classes when she was teaching in the busy city of NYC and while making videos and zoom classes for her corporate clients. She created short class formats with new versions of barre exercises to target two small muscles groups simultaneously instead of one.
